Archdiocesan Schools admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and student activities generally accorded or made available to students in these schools. Archdiocesan schools do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, color or national and ethnic origin in administration of education policies, loan programs, athletics or other school administered programs.

Philosophy

All Students who attend Christ the King School are expected to:

- Understand, accept, and support the philosophy and goals of the school.
- Attend and participate in daily religion class, which is an integral part of the life of the school. Non-Catholic participants may or may not accept the message of faith, but will be graded on the materials covered in class
- Attend and participate in school liturgies.
- Participate in programs of service sponsored by the school.

Priority of Admission

The priority if an admission is as follows:

1. Parishioner applicants.
2. Non-parishioner applicants with siblings already enrolled in Christ the King School.

4. Transfer students from public schools who are parishioners of other parishes.
5. Transfer students from other Catholic schools who are non-Catholic.
6. Transfer students from public schools who are non-Catholic.
Considerations:
A. Acceptance of new students is contingent on maintaining optimal class size for instruction.
B. Each student who has been accepted will be on Academic / Behavioral probation after his/her acceptance. ”Academic / Behavior “ is defined as obtaining at least a “C” average during the student’s first semester, being responsible for assignments/homework, and possessing a desire to learn. “Behavioral” is defined in the Christ the King School Handbook.
C. Christ the King requests the right to inspect former school records in the case of transfer students before admission. Transfer students are expected to be in good academic standing and owe no debts to the previous school.
D. Christ the King School may require an interview of parents and students to determine special needs. A student may not be accepted if Christ the King School is unable to meet these special needs.
